Elevate Commerce FZ-LLC ships to Italy and across Europe.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, customers will receive an email containing the tracking number.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Italy: 2–4 business days

  • Europe: 2–7 business days

  • UAE: 3-9 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to logistical factors, customs procedures, or public holidays.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination of the order.


Returns & Refunds

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days from the delivery date, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • Hygienic or consumable items (where applicable) cannot be returned

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product or a shipping error on our part


Defective or Incorrect Products

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
